Thoracic tumour JW

I am presenting the case of a gentleman with a large, vascular retrosternal thymic tumour. Additionally there were patient specific consideration which presented increased risk of serious adverse events. I discuss the anatomy, anaesthesia, surgery and physiology of the case. I also present the benefits of extensive preoperative preparation and multidisciplinary involvement.
