If you would like to join us for a great week of skiing and lectures, just follow these simple steps:

1. Book your study leave for 10th-17th Jan 2026.

2. Book your accommodation. The majority of conference delegates stay at Hotel Rosanna.. Booking details for the hotel will be provided once you register. As per the Hotel page information, there are no single room options; the rooms are mostly twin rooms, but some rooms can accommodate a third person. Please don`t delay - we can only reserve 50 beds, and they got snapped up very quickly last year!

3. Book your flights. Flights and transfers are not included but St Anton is easily reached from Innsbruck, Friedrichshafen or Zurich airports. The adventurous could travel the entire way by train. The hotel is opposite the train station in the centre of St Anton.

4. Complete a registration form to register for the conference. Once confirmed, the organisers will send you details for how to pay the conference fee.
